Occupied staging starts at $300 and begins with a 90-minute Staging Strategy Session where we walk the space together and create a customized plan. Vacant staging starts at $1,500. We can provide an exact quote after asking a few simple questions and reviewing photos or seeing the home in person, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before moving forward. We schedule most vacant staging projects within two weeks of receiving the signed contract and full payment. Staging is typically completed in one day, and most homes are scheduled on a Saturday or Sunday to allow for easy access and minimal disruption.
Occupied Staging Strategy Sessions can be scheduled during normal business hours based on your availability.
