We invest in local neighborhoods by purchasing homes that need to be updated or fully renovated. Our single-family homes are located in Charlotte, Sarasota, and Pinellas County, Florida. Our typical home ranges from 900 – 1500 sq ft, has 2-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 1 or 2 car garage, and a screened in back patio. In each home we purchase we inspect and renovated prior to our first resident moving in. We strive to give each home its own unique design style, with the needs of our residents in mind.
